Shipping

Standard shipping within Canada is Expedited with Canada Post. Depending on where you are located this can take from 3 to 10 business days. This service comes with tracking. Some smaller/lighter items can go through letter mail. This option is quite a lot cheaper but is not tracked and takes up to 10 business days.

To the US:

Standard shipping to the US is Tracked Parcel with Canada Post who is partnered with USPS. Once the parcel crossed the border tracking transfers over from Canada Post to USPS. As the name states this shipping option is tracked and it takes up to 10 business days. There is also the cheaper shipping option of Airmail that come without tracking. Shipping times are similar.

International:

All other shipping is International Airmail through Canada Post and does not include tracking. Average wait time is about 10 business days depending on the country but it can take longer.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Returns are permitted within a reasonable time after receiving the item provided it has not been worn/washed/damaged. It is your responsibility however to inform yourself of all the details before purchasing so unless there is a mistake on my part shipping is not covered either way. Cases are subjective so feel free to send a message to inquire. If you are sending a return from the US or internationally please do not mark the value of the item at over $45.00CAD as I will be charged customs fees for the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are gladly accepted wihin the same parameters as returns. Once again, unless I have made a mistake of some sort, shipping is to be covered by you. Please contact me to move forward and I will send you the return address as well as any other details you need. The exchange item will be sent out upon receiving the original item.
